Here you can find out how to cancel, delete or remove Sheetgo.
- Cancel: when you have subscribed to a paid plan and want to stop the automatic payments (for monthly or yearly billing).
- Delete: when you want to request the removal of your data from all Sheetgo databases and applications.
- Remove: when you want to uninstall the Sheetgo add-on from your Google Sheets add-ons list.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time on your account page. Inside the Sheetgo web app, click on your avatar (in the top right corner) and go to Manage Account.
If you decide to cancel, let us know how we can improve our service based on your experience and needs.
How do I delete my data from Sheetgo?
Let us know that you want to delete your account.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Or, from inside the web app or add-on, contact us by clicking on the question mark in the top right-hand corner, or the chatbot icon.
If you are sending the email from an account that is not the email connected to your Sheetgo account, please provide us with the account email address.
We will inform you when your account has been deleted.
How do I remove the Sheetgo add-on?
Open any Google Sheet. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
The G Suite marketplace opens, displaying add-ons you have installed. Next to the Sheetgo add-on, click the More button (⋮) and then Uninstall.
