Sometimes, Sheetgo may lose authorization to your accounts' cloud storage, which can affect your workflows. There are many reasons why this could happen, including changes made to your password.

You need to reauthorize your accounts to update your automations and continue building workflows from your files. There are two main ways you reauthorize connected accounts:

Reauthorizing through the error message

If you attempt to run your automations but receive an error message like the one shown below, it means Sheetgo has lost authorization to make changes to your connected files. To reauthorize, click on the Authorize option in the error message.

This will bring up a new window where you can then reauthorize Sheetgo and have your connections and workflows run properly. Click on Grant permission and follow the steps.

Reauthorizing through your Account page

You can also reauthorize directly through your Account page on the Sheetgo web app. To reauthorize your Sheetgo account, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Sheetgo web app.

  2. Click on your profile picture on the bottom-left-hand menu.

  3. Select Manage account.

  4. On the new screen, scroll down to the section labeled Services and account.

  5. Select the cloud storage you need to re-authorize, and click on the vertical dots (⋮).

  6. Select Reauthorize.

  7. Follow the steps on the new window to reauthorize Sheetgo.

After this, Sheetgo should have its authorizations re-established. You should now see which cloud storage service Sheetgo can access and use for connections and workflows.

If you encounter an authorization error on a shared workflow, please request the workflow owner to follow the steps above to resolve the issue.
