When you create a new workflow, it will appear in your workspace inside Sheetgo. Here you can create workflow folders, re-order workflows, pin workflows, and search for workflows.
Create workflow folders
Click the folder icon to create a new folder.
Name the new folder and click Create.
After being created, the folder will appear in your workspace. If you already have workflows, you can drag and drop them into folders. Click folders to view the workflows inside.
If you no longer need a folder, click the menu (⋮) next to the folder name and click delete.
Please note: Before you delete, check that the folder doesn’t hold workflows you want to keep. Read below to find out how to recover deleted or archived workflows.
Re-order workflows
To change the order of your workflows in your Workspace or within folders, follow these steps:
Click a workflow.
Could you drag it to its new location?
Drop it.
Pin workflows
Pin workflows to keep at the top of the Workspace and the appbar.
Pinning a workflow is quite simple :
On the workspace or the app bar, open the workflow's menu.
Click Pin.
Find a workflow
You can use the search bar in the Workspace to locate a workflow quickly. Just type the name of the workflow you are looking for, and all matching results will appear.
Recover archived workflows
You can restore any workflow that was archived in the last 90 days:
Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner, and select Manage Account.
Scroll down to the Archived workflows section, and click the Manage archived workflows button.
On this new screen, you can see the last time the workflow was modified, the name of the workflow, the number of connections, and the Restore button on the far right.
Click Restore on the workflow you wish to restore, it should reappear in your Workspace.
