Poor data management can result from a lack of historical records of your data and not understanding the evolution of your data sufficiently. Take a snapshot of your data every day and store it in a separate sheet for archiving purposes. Open a blank spreadsheet that you want to use for the historical record. Use the Sheetgo connection type Append to connect to your sheet that holds the data that you want to backup and archive. The Append connection will extract the data and import it into your historical record spreadsheet. Each time it imports the data, it freezes the old records and appends the latest entry at the bottom of your sheet.
