Use Append to create a historical record of your data. Append imports or exports the data of a sheet and adds it to the bottom of your previous data.
For example, use Append to import a sheet that contains three rows of data that you change every single day. Each time you run Append, the latest version of these three rows is imported and added below the data from your previous imports of the days before.
How to use:
- Click on the green plus sign
- Select the source spreadsheet that contains the data you want to append
- Select the source sheet inside that spreadsheet that contains the data you want to append
- Customize your connection further or directly click on
CONNECTto create your connection
This will create a new sheet tab inside your active spreadsheet. Each time you run the connection, it appends the latest data from the source to this sheet.
