First, identify the error you're experiencing:
Automatic updates don't work
This means that you set an automatic update schedule but your connections don't update automatically. Please try to reset your triggers and see if that solves your problem. To reset your triggers, please click on the Sheetgo logo in the sidebar. Next, press Shift + F2 to open a popup. Choose to only reset the current triggers if only your current spreadsheet is affected. Confirm by clicking on OK. Next, run your failed connections manually to recreate your triggers. Wait and see if your automatic updates are now working. If not, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Manual updates don't work
You click to update a connection but it fails to update successfully. The color of the arrow next to the connection is red. Please go to the menu next to the Sheetgo logo (the icon with the three stripes). Click on send feedback and mention the name of the spreadsheet, the sheet and the connection that is affected by your problem. We will get back to you promptly.
Excel sheet not loading when creating a new connection
You selected your Excel spreadsheet but the sheet selection is not loading. Check the size of this Excel file. If it is several Megabytes large, we cannot currently connect to it. Please upvote the idea here.
