Import Sheet is not working correctly. What should I do?

  1. Do I use any ad blocking software in my web browser? If yes, disable it to see if it resolves the issue(s).
  2. Did I close and re-open Import Sheet inside the affected spreadsheet? If no, reload the Import Sheet sidebar.
  3. Did I try to reproduce the problem with another connection inside another spreadsheet? If no, replicate your connection in another spreadsheet.
  4. Did I submit an error log? If no, please read how to submit your error log.
