Who needs a license?
COLLABORATE for free.
Only the users who create connections need licenses. Everyone else who has access to the same spreadsheets can use the data for free and can even run one-click updates for the connections until he/she reaches the limit of the free plan.
How to select a plan that suits your usage?
We offer a free plan and different paid plans. They are for different volumes of use based on two criteria:
- Free forever plan
After installing Sheetgo, you are automatically using the free plan.
You can use it for free forever with an update limit of 60 updates per month. These credits are renewed every 1st day of the month.
- Subscription plans
These plans are related to individual licenses. So, the price is per user.
For calculating your usage and plan, have in mind the number of sheets you want to transfer between spreadsheets and the frequency that you want this data to be refreshed.
1 hourly connection, every hour (automatic update)
14 daily connections (automatic update)
Total updates: ( 1 * 24 (hours) * 30 (days)) + ( 14 * 1 (hour) * 30 (days)) = 1,140 updates per month
In this case, the Advanced plan would be perfect. There is a credit of 30 total connections and 3,000 updates per month.
Which are the payment options for individual licenses?
First, it is important to know that Sheetgo has a subscription model.
Your payment will be renewed automatically in the payment frequency you selected: trimester or annually. Mind that paying annually you essentially get 3 months for free compared to the trimester-billed frequency.
You can make a payment with your credit card directly in our pricing page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Be aware that our HQ is in Spain, so your credit card must allow international payment if you are outside Spain. Your bank might charge you extras fee for that, depending on the agreement you have.
If you have any error during the checkout in our pricing, please contact support. We will answer you within 24h (work days).
- I'm paying for another team member to use. What should I do?
After inserting your information, credit card, and request purchase, there will be a form for you to assign the user email (your email is the payer email).
At that moment, you can assign for a colleague inserting his email. Your colleague should have previously installed and opened Sheetgo application at least once.
- I'll need an invoice. What should I do?
After inserting your information, credit card, and request purchase, there will be a form for you to select that you will need an invoice and we will send to your email.

I just paid. Now, what is going to happen?
The user's account will be automatically configured. To check the new credit, the user only needs to close and reopen Sheetgo application. His new credit will be displayed in the bottom left corner.
If I test and I'm not satisfied with Sheetgo. Are there refunds?
We are committed to your success.
We will be there to support you all the way to create your solution through email support and personal support depending on the plan you are and needs.
If even after that you are not satisfied, you can ask for a total refund in the first month.
How can I upgrade or downgrade?
