How to upgrade or downgrade your plan?

You can change any time your plan and billing cycle. Please see GIF or follow the below-described steps.

  • Go to your account page, → "Manage Account" →  "Change Plan"→ 
  • For changing billings details like users, payment cycle: "Select billing cycle," →  "Users (to select Quantity)"  → "Select Plan" → "Add users to your team" (to assign licenses) → "Card Holder" (to include card details) →  "Upgrade your plan"


The above process can be used to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
