An easy guide on how to install

 




Requirements

Installing Template
1-  Access app.sheetgo.com/templates
2- Select Inventory Template
3- Click to install it
note: Sheetgo will create a folder on your Google Drive called Inventory Management, which contains Check-in, Check-out, and Inventory Management spreadsheets.

How to Check-in items
1- Access your Check-in spreadsheet by clicking on the three dots and selecting open spreadsheet (see gif below)
2- Click on the Check-in tab on the bottom left corner.
3- Input item details: Check-in date, Stock keeping unit (SKU), Item Name, Quantity, Unit measure
note: if you can find your Check-in spreadsheet access your Workflows, click on the inventory management folder and open from there the sheet.

 

How to Check-out items
1- Access your Check-out spreadsheet
2- Click on the Check-out tab on the bottom left corner.
3-Input item details: Check-in date, Stock keeping unit (SKU), Item Name, Quantity, Unit measure
note: if you can find your Check-in spreadsheet access your Workflows, click on the inventory management folder and open from there the sheet.

How to use Inventory Management
1- Access your Sheetgo workflows and
2- Click on Inventory Management Workflow.
3- Click on Inventory Management spreadsheet,
4--On your Google Sheets Toolbar click in Add-on 🠮 Sheetgo 🠮 Start
5- Click to Update all your connections
note: Inventory Management is only a dashboard of your data, don't remove tabs protection.
