Insufficient funds

The allowed spending limit for that card has been exceeded.

  • Try using another card.

  • Wait until your next payment cycle.

Card expired

Your card is no longer valid.

  • Try using another card.

  • If you got a replacement in the mail, use that card instead.

Transaction not permitted

Your card may be restricted for many reasons, especially if it is a corporate card.

  • Contact your bank or your card issuer if these restrictions don't apply.

  • Try using another card.

Card locked

Your card may be locked due to unusual activity to prevent fraud.

  • Contact your bank or your card issuer to unlock this card.

  • For added security, check your statement for any purchases you didn't make.

Your card was charged, but your license was not activated

Sometimes payments appear to be successful but aren't. There might also be an error on our side.

  1. Contact us to confirm the payment status.

  2. If the payment wasn’t completed, contact your bank to ensure there were no issues on their end.

  3. If your bank confirms everything is in order, attempt the payment again.
