Discontinued Dropbox as sign in options

Cloud storage services from these companies will still be supported.

Written by Karoline Fernezlian

Dropbox can no longer be used to create new accounts. As of April 1, 2026, when the transition period ended, it can no longer be used to sign in either, even for accounts created with these platforms.

Sheetgo will still support One Drive, Sharepoint and Dropbox as cloud storage, meaning you will be able to include files from these services in workflows.

Existing users can no longer sign in with Dropbox

During the transition period, the button below allowed existing users to sign in using these services.

This worked until Apr 1, 2026. Since that date, Dropbox is no longer available as a sign in option. If you previously signed in with Dropbox, use the alternative sign-in described below.

The option below was also available at app.sheetgo.com/sign-in:

Set up Google as a Connected account

Linking Google will allow you to keep signing in to your Sheetgo account. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click your avatar.

  2. Select Manage account.

  3. Under Services and account, Add account for Google.

  4. Choose the Google account you want to connect.

  5. Authorize Sheetgo to access your Google Drive.

That's it! You can sign in using Google and keep using your Dropbox cloud storage.

If you created a new Sheetgo account using Google, you can’t link it with your existing Microsoft or Dropbox account. Delete the new account and follow the steps above.
