If you’re being asked to re-authorize Sheetgo daily, it’s probably because of how Google Workspace Admin is configured for your organization. This commonly occurs when “Require re-authentication” is turned on without configuring “Exempt Trusted Apps” under Google Cloud Session Control.
These steps will help your administrator configure your Workspace settings and put an end to daily re-authorization prompts.
1. Access the Admin console
Go to admin.google.com and sign in with an administrator account.
On the left sidebar, select Security. (If necessary, click Show more to show the full menu.)
2. Go to Google Cloud session control
Go to Access and data control, then click Google Cloud session control.
3. Adjust Reauthentication Policy Settings
Under Reauthentication policy:
Require re-authentication should already be enabled. If it isn't, talk to support as this article won't help you.
Turn on Exempt trusted apps.
Save the configuration.
Below Exempt trusted apps, click App Access Control.
4. Configure Trusted Apps
On App Access Control:
Click View list under Configured apps.
Select Configure new app.
5. Add Sheetgo App IDs
You should see a dialog box with a search bar to add the 3 Sheetgo App IDs to your trusted apps. Repeat the steps outlined below for each ID.
Sheetgo App IDs:

Step 1: Search for the Sheetgo app
Paste one the 3 IDs.
Click Search.
Select the Verified Sheetgo app that appears.
Step 2: Scope
Under Scope, select All in [yourdomain], then click Continue.
Step 3: Access Google Data
Choose Trusted, then click Continue.
Step 4: Review
Click Finish to complete setup.
If you haven't set up all 3 IDs, click Configure new apps again and repeat the steps.
You're All Set!
Once you have added all Sheetgo App IDs as trusted apps, users from your domain should no longer have to re-authorize daily.
