How to solve problems using Sheetgo in Safari?

Follow the troubleshooting tips and instructions below to use Sheetgo in the Safari web browser.

If you are using Sheetgo from a Safari web browser and are having problems with your account, there are a few steps you can take to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Enable cookies

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.

  4. Under Cookies and website data, disable Block all cookies.

Enable tracking so that Sheetgo can keep you logged in

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.

  4. For Website tracking, disable the option Prevent cross-site tracking so that Sheeto's website (new.sheetgo.com) can access your cloud service.

Note: For increased security when visiting other websites, you can switch your default privacy settings back once you have finished using Sheetgo.
