Sheetgo plans and pricing overview

Understand the difference between Sheetgo Automations and Sheetgo Workflows, their plans, and how access works.

Written by Jessica

Sheetgo now has two products, each with its own plans and access rules: Sheetgo Automations and Sheetgo Workflows.

Sheetgo products

  • Sheetgo Automations focuses on spreadsheet automations and can be used through the Google Sheets add-on or through automations.sheetgo.com.

  • Sheetgo Workflows focuses on collaborative workflow building, forms, dashboards, workflow views, and team management through app.sheetgo.com.

Plans by product

  • Sheetgo Automations: Free, Pro, Enterprise

  • Sheetgo Workflows: Teams, Enterprise

How product access works

  • Workflows Teams and Workflows Enterprise include access to Sheetgo Automations.

  • Automations Pro and Automations Enterprise do not include access to Sheetgo Workflows.

  • A customer can have two subscriptions at the same time, one for each product.

Trials and free access

  • Sheetgo Automations Free is available through the Google Workspace Marketplace add-on.

  • Sheetgo Automations Pro has a 14-day trial.

  • Sheetgo Workflows Teams also has a 14-day trial.

  • Sheetgo Workflows does not have a free plan.

Automation credits and overage

Paid standard plans include a monthly amount of automation credits. If you go above the included amount, extra usage is charged as overage for occasional cases. If your team expects recurring high usage and wants predictable limits, contact sales about an Enterprise plan with custom credit arrangements.
