Your older paid plan keeps its original rules, prices, and limits. Moving to the current plans is optional. You can stay on your older plan without making any changes.
Older plans: check which plan you have
Older paid plans are Professional, Business, and Enterprise. In the app, their names end with "(Legacy)", for example, "Business (Legacy)".
The new plans are separate for two products:
Sheetgo Automations: Free (on Google Sheets Add-on), Pro, and Enterprise. All Sheetgo Automations plans are single-user.
Sheetgo Workflows: Team and Enterprise. Both are team plans.
Every current paid plan measures usage in automation credits. If your account was on the free version of an older plan, it keeps its free behavior.
For more details, see Sheetgo plans and pricing overview.
Move when you reach your monthly credit limit
When your older plan uses all its included credits for the month and your runs pause, Sheetgo offers a move to a current plan.
Review the dialog titled "Move to Workflows Team", or "Move to Automations Pro" for a single-user account. It shows how many included credits you've used and explains that your automations are paused.
Check the price breakdown before continuing. The dialog shows:
The new plan's base price.
"Extra seats".
"Extra usage".
"Projected this month".
Check the billing information. The price line confirms that the new plan "stays on your current billing cycle".
Select "Move to Workflows Team" or "Move to Automations Pro" to continue to checkout.
The dialog can also offer "Talk to sales" for usage beyond what the plan covers, and "Talk to support".
đĄNote: Contact Sheetgo's support team if you want to move before reaching your monthly credit limit or at any other time.
Credit for your older subscription
Sheetgo automatically applies the remaining value of your current subscription as account credit. It prorates the value based on the time remaining on the subscription, with a minimum credit of $5.
Current plans: what changes after the move
Your team keeps access
Every team member carries over to Workflows Team. The plan includes 3 seats. If your team has more than 3 members, Sheetgo adds extra seats to your subscription and bills you per seat.
Before you confirm, the "Your whole team keeps access" message explains how many extra seats your team needs. On yearly billing, Sheetgo adds the extra seats right after checkout and bills them yearly.
After the move, the whole team shares the plan's monthly credits. The admin no longer assigns credits to individual members. The admin controls extra usage and can set a usage limit for the whole account, counting included and extra credits together.

Credit use and file limits
Rule | Older paid plans | Current paid plans |
Maximum size per file | 50 MB | 100 MB |
After you use all included monthly credits | Runs pause. | Extra usage keeps automations running. The owner can turn it off or set a usage limit that counts included and extra credits together. |
Credits on team plans | The admin assigns credits to members. | The whole team shares the plan's monthly credits. |
The move keeps your current billing cycle.

Accounts that need to contact support
AppSumo lifetime accounts and accounts covered by a company license don't see the move offer. If either applies to you, contact Sheetgo's support team to discuss a move that fits your account.
