Transferring your Sheetgo plan to a colleague

Learn how to hand over your Sheetgo workflows to a colleague if you leave or change jobs

If you happen to change your position and need to change the ownership of your Sheetgo plan you can do this by following these steps.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Email address of the current plan holder

  • Email address of the future plan holder

The future plan holder must already have a Sheetgo account. They can set up a free account at Sheetgo.


Our customer support team can process two types of account transfers. One where only the transfer of license occurs, and the other type can transfer all the data (workflows). Specify which type of transfer you would like and a confirmation will be sent to you when the transfer has been completed.
