When building your workflow there are many decisions that you make regarding your setup, these decisions are clear to you, but if you are working with a team, they might not be so clear to your colleagues, that is why Sheetgo has the option of adding Notes to your workflow.
These Notes can be useful to register extra information regarding how the workflow was built, what its main goal is, and other information that might be relevant to you or your team.
Add notes
To add notes, open the desired workflow and click on + New resource on the sidebar. Select the Add notes option.
Now you can just write down your notes on the text box, you can also add images and links to make it easier to share the workflow information with your team. When you are done just click on Save.
Edit your notes
After you add notes to a workflow a new Notes icon will appear on the sidebar. When you click on it you will be able to see the notes that have already been added to this workflow. If you need, click on Edit notes to change or add new information to this notes section.
