Sheetgo dashboards allow you to easily create a visual summary of data in a workflow. After building and editing your dashboard to show the exact information that you want you can easily publish to the web, download the data as a PDF, or send it directly to one or multiple emails.

Open dashboard

To share your dashboard, open the Workflow and go to the Dashboard.

Next, click Publish & export at the top right.

There are three ways to share a dashboard:

  1. Publish it to the web.

  2. Share it via email.

  3. Export it as a PDF.

Publish

You can publish your dashboard to the web, this will create a link that is easy to share. First, you need to specify the publishing setting:

  • Internal users: Only workflow users can see the dashboard.

  • Published to invited users: Only specific users have access. The dashboard owner must list the people who will have access.

  • Published to domain users: Anyone from the domain (such as @sheetgo.com) can access the dashboard. Users don’t have to be specified.

  • Published to web: Anyone on the web can access the dashboard. You can require user to sign into Sheetgo, otherwise anyone on the web will have access.

Tip: If you publish a Dashboard to the web make sure the link you copy is short and has a “.io” domain.

Share by email

You can share the dashboard with someone via email. This will share the dashboard on Sheetgo with the recipient and send a PDF version as an attachment.

To do this click Email and add the email addresses of the people who will receive this dashboard. Click Next.

On the second step, you can select what to include in the attached PDF version. When you are done, click Share.

PDF

When exporting the Dashboard as a PDF, you can specify exactly which items you want to include.

When you are done selecting, just click Export. Sheetgo will create your PDF and download it to your computer. This file will have a Sheetgo layout and a header with general information from the workflow (for example, the PDF generation date, and the last time the workflow was updated).
