Following GDPR, you can always delete your account. It is important to highlight this will also delete any workflows, automations, and information associated with your account from our systems in a non-recoverable way. Because of the irreversibility, the process must be performed on your end from your account page.
Once there, you can scroll down to Services and Account. At the bottom of the section, you will find an area showing the email associated with the Sheetgo account.
Click on the three vertical dots, on the right side of the email listed.
Now, select Delete account.
Once you click on Delete account, you will see a message asking you to confirm that you want to delete the account. You can back out by clicking Cancel. Otherwise, click on Proceed.
Now you need to confirm that you want to delete the account, for this, you will need to type a security code sent to your email address.
This is done for security purposes, making sure that you are the one who wants to permanently delete the account.
Once you type the code, also click on the check box and then click on Delete account.
Once that is done, the process will start and you will be taken back to the login screen.
Your account has been successfully deleted! Remember to double-check Sheetgo’s permission in your Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox account and revoke them as well.
