If you've completed your project or are moving into a new work position and need to make permanent changes to your account, you can follow the steps below to:
Cancel your subscription
Remove your data from Sheetgo databases by deleting your account
Remove Sheetgo for Google Sheets
Remove Sheetgo for Microsoft 365.
1. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time on your account page.
Open the Sheetgo web app, click on your photo/avatar, and go to Manage Account.
Look for the Billing section and click on subscription details
Now, click Cancel subscription
Once you've canceled your subscription, you don't need to do anything. You are no longer paying for a plan, but you can continue to use the free version of Sheetgo whenever you like. Read about the free version here.
2. How do I remove my data from Sheetgo?
Sheetgo is fully GDPR compliant and respects your right to have your personal data removed. If you would like us to delete your account and associated data, simply submit a request and our team will take care of it for you. Once the deletion process has been completed, we will notify you by email.

Please note: Deleting an account is an irreversible process, and all your Sheetgo Workflows will also be deleted.
3. How do I revoke permissions and access rights?
When you first created your Sheetgo account, you granted Sheetgo permission to access your Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox account so that Sheetgo could connect files stored on your cloud storage platform(s).
To remove Sheetgo's access to your account, follow the steps below.
Google account
Go to myaccount/google.com
Click Security
Go to Third Party apps with account access
Select Sheetgo from the list and click Remove accessβ
Microsoft account
Go to microsoft.com/account
Click Privacy > Other privacy settings
Go to Apps and Services > Apps and services you've given access to
Under Sheetgo, click Edit > Remove these permissions
Dropbox account
Go to dropbox.com/account.
Click the Connected apps tab.
Find Sheetgo, then click the Disconnect button to remove Sheetgo's access to your Dropbox account.
4. How do I remove the Sheetgo for Google Sheets?
Open a Google Sheets file and go to Extensions > Add-ons > Manage add-ons

Click Sheetgo add-on and then Uninstall
5. How do I remove the Sheetgo for Microsoft 365?
Open an Excel spreadsheet and go to the Insert menu
Click on Office Add-ins
Under the list of installed add-ins, select Sheetgo
Click on the menu (β―) and Remove
