Using Sheetgo for free

Learn what's included in the free version of Sheetgo and how to use it.

When you start using Sheetgo, you get the Free plan. At any time, you can start a 14-day trial period to test all Sheetgo features and use up to 1500 transfers (manual or automatic).

Once the trial ends, you can keep using the Free plan forever or subscribe to a paid plan to keep using all the premium features.

What’s included in the Free Plan

  • Automate 1 workflow with daily scheduled triggers.

  • Create up to 5 workflows with 5 automations each.

  • Use up to 99 transfers per month.

  • Process up to 3 files with Merge or Split processors.

  • Implement 1 dashboard and up to 3 Sheetgo Forms for data collection.

  • Connect the same file types only (e.g., Google Sheets to Google Sheets or Excel to Excel).

  • Get online support via the Sheetgo Help Center.

What’s NOT included in the Free Plan

  • Connecting files across different cloud storages.

  • Using advanced features like Transfer Formatting, Append, or the Left-Join processor.

  • Building workflows with BigQuery, APIs, Folders, or CSV files as sources or destinations.

  • Uploading or processing files larger than 4MB.

  • Sharing workflows with others.

How to switch from a paid plan to Sheetgo for free

If you are currently paying for Sheetgo you can cancel your subscription and move to a free account as soon as the current payment cycle finishes.

  • Open your Sheetgo Account Page and select Manage account.

  • Click Manage subscription to cancel your plan.
