  • Since you are exporting the data from your current spreadsheet your connection will be automatically set as the spreadsheet that you are working on. If you need to export data from a different file you need to open Sheetgo for Google Sheets on the file that you want, or you can open the files through the Sheetgo and set the connections as you want.

    Select which tab or tabs you want to export the data from. If needed this is the point where you can check advanced settings like transfer formatting. When you are done click on Next step.

  • After setting up the source you can add a data processor to the connection, you can opt for the filter, split, or skip this step.

Please note, since you are working from inside a Google Sheet all the files that you want to use need to be hosted on Google Drive.

  • When setting up the destination you can choose to create a new file or transfer the data into an existing one. If you choose to create a new file you need to:

    • Give it a name on File name box;

    • Selec the File type, that can be a Google Sheets, CSV or Excel file;

    • Selection Destination folder where the file will be saved;

    • Give it a name to the New file tab where the data will be saved.

  • After setting up the destination you can click on Finish and save, or add a new step to generate a pdf or share the spreadsheet via email. For the moment we will just click on Finish and save.
