Working with Sheetgo for Google Sheets is a great way of optimizing your data automations, by linking information from different spreadsheets into a single file. You can take this a step further by scheduling your automations to run automatically, this will allow you to always have the most updated data, without having to manually run your automations.

To start scheduling your automations you need to first open Sheetgo for Google Sheets.

If you've already built an automation you will be able to see the Trigger button, at the middle of the automation box.

If you haven't created an automation, you can follow these steps to import or export data using Sheetgo for Google Sheets.

Click on the Trigger button and a new box will appear where you can choose the frequency you want the automation to run automatically. To start slide the toggle button to Run automatically.

Now you need to choose the frequency in which the update will occur. This can be Multiple times a day, Once a day, and Once a month.

Multiple times a day

If you select the Multiple times a day option you will need to specify the automation will run every hour, 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours. Choose the Time Zone the automations will run on. Specify which Days the automations will run, it can be every day, Monday through Friday, and finally, the Time Range when the automations run. In the image above the automation runs every hour, from Monday through Friday, between 6 AM and 6 PM.

Once a day

If you select the Once a day option you need to choose the Hour when the automation will run. Specify the Time Zone. And select the Days when the automation will run. In the image above the automation runs between 4AM and 5AM, from Monday through Friday.

Once a month

If you select the Once a month option you need to choose the Day when the automation will run. Specify the Hour and the Time Zone. In the image above the automation runs on the 1st of every month, between 4AM and 5AM.

After you've selected the frequency that you want the workflow to run you will be able to see a message telling you how many transfers the setup will consume in a month. If you are happy with your set up click on Save.

After saving you will be back on the Automations box, if you hover your mouse over the Trigger button you can check how frequently this automation will run automatically. If you need to change this setup just click on the Trigger and follow the steps above to set the trigger that you want.
