Learn how to find, install, and use the Sheetgo add-on for Google Sheets

One of the main advantages of working with a cloud-based tool like Sheetgo is that you can access and manage your connections and documents from any computer. To facilitate and be present in whatever routine you have, you can use Sheetgo directly on the Google Sheets that you already have. Your connections are saved to your account so you can access them at any time, from anywhere, always using the same account.

How to install Sheetgo for Google Sheets

  • Open a Google Sheets file and go to Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons;

  • Install the add-on;

  • If it's the first time you're using Sheetgo, you'll need to give Sheetgo permission to access the files on your Google Drive. To do this click on Continue;

  • Select the Google account that you want to connect with and Allow Sheetgo access to the files in it. Sheetgo will only transfer the data from the spreadsheets that you use, it won't add or delete data inside the existing spreadsheets.

  • Now you have successfully installed the Sheetgo for Google Sheets and you are ready to start connecting your spreadsheets.

  • Once Sheetgo is added to your add-ons list, go to Add-ons > Sheetgo > Start.

  • Create a connection to

    • Import data into the file from another spreadsheet(s), or

    • Export data to another spreadsheet(s).
