Solve problems using Sheetgo in Safari

Troubleshooting tips and instructions to use Sheetgo with the Safari web browser.

If you are using Sheetgo in Safari and are having problems, there are a few ways to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Enable cookies

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.

  4. Under Cookies and website data, disable Block all cookies.

Enable tracking so Sheetgo keeps you logged in

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.

  4. For Website tracking, disable the option Prevent cross-site tracking so that Sheetgo's website (new.sheetgo.com) can access your cloud service.

Note: For increased security when visiting other websites, you can switch your default privacy settings back once you have finished using Sheetgo.
