How can I change or add new credit card details?

Learn how to update the payment method for your Sheetgo account.

Your credit card details are only required when you upgrade from the free version of Sheetgo to a paid plan. All plans use a subscription model so your card will be charged automatically, once a month or once a year, depending on which billing cycle you choose (monthly or yearly).

Keep your card details up-to-date so your connections keep running without interruption.

To make changes to your card and payment settings, go to your Account page and follow the steps below.

How to add a new card

  1. From your Account page, go to Subscription and click +Add new card.

  2. Enter the card holder's name (exactly as printed on the card).

  3. Enter the card details (number, CVC, expiration date, and ZIP).

  4. Click Add payment method to save the card.

  5. If you see text highlighted in red, or if the payment does not go through, please review all card details. If this happens continuously, ask the cardholder to contact our support team via the chat icon inside Sheetgo web app or send us a message.

How to edit the payment method

  1. Open your Subscription page and find the card in the list at the bottom.

  2. Click on the menu () to the right of the card.

  3. Enter a new Cardholder or expiration date (MM/YYYY).

  4. Click Update to save.

Change a payment method

  1. Open your Subscription page and find the card in the list at the bottom.

  2. Click on the menu () to the right of the card details.

  3. Remove an old card or select a new card to set as default.

  4. Check your default payment method to make sure your next payment is processed successfully and your plan renews without disruption.
