Connect files from a shared Google Drive to your workflows

Learn how to locate and connect with the files that are hosted on a shared drive

When using Sheetgo as a team, you will not necessarily be the owner of all the files that need to be connected through the workflow. There might be instances when the files and folders that you need are hosted on a shared Google Drive. If that is the case, when creating a connection they are not immediately visible, but there's an easy way to find them:

If the files have been shared with you follow the steps in this article.

When selecting a file and the Google Drive window click on the Shared Drive icon, on the right side of the window. This will show only the data that is hosted on the drive that is shared with you.
