When using Sheetgo as a team, you will not necessarily be the owner of all the files that need to be connected through the workflow. There might be instances when the files and folders that you need are hosted on a shared Google Drive. If that is the case, when creating an automation they are not immediately visible, but there's an easy way to find them:
If the files have been shared with you follow the steps in this article.
When selecting a file and the Google Drive window click on the Shared Drive icon, on the right side of the window. This will show only the data that is hosted on the drive that is shared with you.
In the storage picker, the navigation panel on the left lists Shared drives and Shared with me, so you can open shared content directly instead of searching for it.
