Sheetgo Dashboards let you overview data from your Workflows. After creating a dashboard, you can keep adding new information as your needs evolve.

All information in a Dashboard is updated because it's pulled straight from your spreadsheets.

Find Dashboards among the tabs or within the workflow. To add new data to the existing Dashboard click the "+" icon on the right sidebar.

On the menu, select the type of information to add to the Dashboard: a new chart, an indicator, or a data table.

Add charts

To add new charts to your Dashboard:

  1. Open the Dashboard where you want to add a chart.

  2. Click the "+" icon on the right sidebar and choose Add chart.

  3. In the Add chart menu, select new charts to add

  4. Finish by clicking Add to dashboard.

New graphs will appear at the top of the dashboard, you can move them around by editing the dashboard.

Add an indicator

You can also add a specific cell to be highlighted as a single value displayed in your dashboard.

  1. Open the Dashboard where you want to add an indicator.

  2. Click the "+" icon on the right sidebar and choose Add indicator.

  3. Name your indicator

  4. Select the spreadsheet with the desired data.

  5. Select the tab and the cell to display.

  6. Click Insert indicator to finish.

The data from the selected cell will be included at the top of your dashboard, but you can change its position.

Add a data table

Dashboards can show a table extracted directly from a spreadsheet.

  1. Open the Dashboard where you want to add a data table.

  2. Click the "+" icon on the right sidebar and choose Add data table.

  3. Name your table.

  4. Click Select file.

  5. From the list, select the file with the information you want. If the file is not in the list, click "+" to browse for the file and add it to the list before selecting it.

  6. Specify either a data range or a named range (see more instructions below).

  7. Click Done.

Custom formatting on the spreadsheet will not be reflected on the Sheetgo Dashboard.

Data range

If you selected Data range:

  1. Choose a tab.

  2. Include the range of cells to show.

  3. Click Insert data table.

Named range

If you have saved named range in your spreadsheet and selected it:

  1. Select it from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click Insert data table.

Using named ranges ensures that changes made to a range are reflected in the Dashboard. Follow this Google guide to create a named range.

After adding new data, you can edit your dashboard to include labels and move things around.
