Sheetgo Dashboards let you overview data from your Workflows. After first building a dashboard keep adding new information to make it more complete and precise.

All information displayed in a Dashboard is up to date because it's pulled straight from your spreadsheets.

You can find Dashboards on the tab bar or in the workflow. To add new data to the existing Dashboard click the "+" icon on the sidebar.

On the menu, select the type of information to add to the Dashboard: a new chart, an indicator, or a data table.

Add charts

To add new charts to an existing Dashboard, open it and click Add chart to open the Add charts menu. From there, just select new charts to add and finish by clicking Add to dashboard. New graphs will appear at the top of the dashboard, you can move them around by editing the dashboard.

Add indicator

You can also add a specific cell to be highlighted as an indicator in your dashboard. This will show a single value. To do this, click Add indicator. Name your indicator and select the spreadsheet with the desired data.

Next, select the tab and the cell to highlight. Click Insert indicator to finish.

The data from the cell you selected will be included at the top of your dashboard, but you can change its position.

Add a data table

Dashboards can show a table extracted directly from a spreadsheet. To do this click Add data table to bring up the menu below. Name your table and then select the file with the information you want to highlight.

When you click Select file, Sheetgo will show only spreadsheets from your workflow. Select the data you need and click on Done.

Once you select a spreadsheet, choose to show a Data range or a Named Range.

Custom formatting on the spreadsheet will not be reflected on the Sheetgo Dashboard.

Data range

If you select Data range, choose a tab and include the range of cells to show.

Named range

To select Named range, you must have a saved named range in your spreadsheet.

Using named ranges ensures that changes made to a range are reflected in the Dashboard. Follow this Google guide to create a named range

With a named range saved, select it from the dropdown menu and click Insert data table.

After adding new data, you can edit your dashboard to include labels and move things around.
