How it works
Sheetgo’s Leads Tracking Management template lets sales managers gather data from sales reps through a single form and monitor the status of prospects and leads at every stage of the funnel.
All sales reps submit leads via the Sales lead form. Sheetgo automation transfers this data into the central Leads tracking management spreadsheet, which also includes a dashboard with key charts and metrics. The result: an automated overview of all reps, sales, and leads in one place.

Steps to use the template
Step 1: Install and explore
First, install the Leads Tracking Management template.
It takes a few minutes for Sheetgo to copy the files to your Google Drive and create the connections. Once this is done, the workflow will open in the workflow view.
Step 2: Remove the sample data
Open the Leads tracking management spreadsheet.
Go to the Sales leads tab.
Delete all the sample entries, but make sure you do not remove the header row.
Step 3: Set up the Sheetgo Form
The workflow comes with a pre-connected Sales lead form.
All submissions will automatically flow into the Sales leads tab in the Leads tracking management spreadsheet.
Step 4: Monitor your dashboard
As data flows in from the form, the dashboard inside the Leads tracking management spreadsheet will update automatically.
Here you can track:
Number of leads handled by each rep.
Average time per rep to close a lead.
Workload distribution.
Lead volume over time.
Funnel distribution of open leads.
