Key features of the Sheetgo add-on

A reference to the built-in features that make automations faster and easier to manage.

AI-powered naming

When you create an automation or export to a new file, Gemini AI suggests a descriptive name based on your configuration β€” for example, "Import Orders from Sales Sheet" or "Merged Customer Data - Filtered". You can accept the suggestion, edit it, or let the system use a rule-based fallback.

Real-time progress tracking

While an automation is running, you can see exactly what is happening:

  • A live progress bar (0–100%)

  • Step-by-step status (e.g. "Step 2 of 4: Processing...")

  • Per-step indicators: pending, running, or completed

  • A Stop button to abort the run at any point

Draft auto-save

If you close the wizard before finishing, your configuration is automatically saved as a draft. You can resume it from the home screen at any time, or discard it if you no longer need it.

Trash and recovery

Deleted automations go to Trash rather than being removed immediately. Trash holds up to 15 automations at a time. From Trash you can:

  • Restore any automation back to active use

  • Permanently delete individual automations

  • Empty the entire Trash at once
