After you cancel your Sheetgo subscription, you can still reactivate it without needing to repurchase, allowing you to retain your original renewal date. However, you must reactivate before the subscription fully expires. Once expired, reactivation is not possible. The time frame for reactivation is limited and specified on your account page. This flexibility helps you maintain continuity in your subscription as if it had never been canceled.
How to reactivate a Subscription
Let’s take a look at how to do this. After canceling, the subscription page should look like this:
Here you can see when your subscription expires under Expires at. You can reactivate the subscription before this date.
To start the reactivation process, just click Reactivate subscription which will open a new window asking for confirmation.
Click on Reactivate subscription once more and the process will begin. Afterward, your subscription page will show that it is active, with the same renewal date and information as before canceling the subscription.
Once the process is done and you see the subscription again, you can cancel it, upgrade it, or leave it as is.
