When you cancel your Sheetgo subscription, you can reactivate it without re-purchasing. This is useful when you want to keep your subscription as is, with the same renewal date, as if you had never canceled it in the first place.
There are some rules for this, you can’t reactivate a subscription after it has already expired and you have a limited time to reactivate it after canceling, usually before it fully expires on your expiration date. This information is always available on your account page.
How to reactivate a Subscription
Let’s take a look at how to do this. After canceling, the subscription page should look like this:
On this page, you can see when your subscription expires with the field Expires at, you can reactivate the subscription before it expires by this date.
To start the process of reactivating, just click on the Reactivate subscription button, this opens a new window, asking for confirmation.
Click on Reactivate subscription once more and the process will begin. Afterward, your subscription page will show that it is active, with the same renewal date and information as before canceling the subscription.
Once the process is done and you see the subscription again, you can cancel it, upgrade it, or leave it as is.
