The color filter is ideal if you prefer a visual approach or use color coding in your spreadsheets. Specify a cell background color and Sheetgo will only transfer data from cells with that color.
Compatibility notes:
Filter by color is only available for Google Sheets.
Filter by color is not available for merge automations.
Set up Filter by color
First you have to add a data processor to your automation.
Under Select a data processor, then select Cell Color.
Select the column from the source file with colored cells and data you want to transfer.
Choose the Cell color that you want to filter. Sheetgo will identify colors used on the spreadsheet and show only available options.
Note: Cell color will not be transferred, only the data from the matching rows. If you also need to transfer cell color turn on Transfer formatting.
To finish your setup, click Next step or Done editing and run your workflow.
