With Sheetgo, you can share transfers between you and your team members for optimized collaboration. You can assign each team member a certain number of transfers (a quota), which they can use to create, manage, and share their workflows.

You can only assign transfers with the Business plan. The owner of the Business plan will become the “team manager” – they will be responsible for adding members to the team, and assigning transfers to each user.

Only the team manager can assign, edit, and manage the transfer quotas. Other team members will only be able to see how many transfers they have in their quota.

Assign transfers to team members

You can only assign transfers if you have a Business plan. Your Account page should look something like this:

As you can see, the team section where you assign transfers is on the right-hand side of your Account page.

  1. Name your team

You can create a name for your team. Simply click on the Edit team name button, then add your name to the field. When finished, click Save.

Please note: You must have at least 500 unallocated transfers in order to invite other users to your team.

  2. Assign your own transfers

    Click the Manage team button.

You may see that you are currently assigned all of your transfers. You must lower your own number of transfers first before you can invite other members and assign them transfers.

Click on the dropdown under the Assigned column and choose the number of transfers you wish to have. As the owner of the account, you can assign yourself 0 transfers, which can be useful if you are just managing the account and not actually running the workflows. Click Save to confirm the change.

Now that you have transfers to spare, you can now begin adding other team members.

Please note: You must have at least 500 unallocated transfers to invite other users to your team.

  3. Invite new team members

To invite team members to your team, simply add their email addresses in the field labeled Add people. Click Add to send the invite to join Sheetgo and your team.

  4. Assign their transfers

Each user you have invited to join your team should appear on the page. Use the dropdown menus under the Assigned column to change the number of transfers you want to assign to each member.

Once you’re happy with your quotas, click Save.

Please note: You can only assign transfers in multiples of 500.

View my team's transfer quotas

If you’re the team manager, you will have a complete overview of your team’s quotas and their latest monthly usage on your Account page. If you are one of the team members, you will only be able to see your personal quota on your Account page.

Edit transfer quotas

Editing transfer quotas is simple. Click on the Manage team button on the Account page. Remember that you must be the team manager in order to access this feature.

To edit transfer quotas, click on the dropdowns and select a new transfer amount for each member.

To add new members to your team, input their email addresses in the Add people field. When you have made your changes, click Save.

Get more transfers

You may find that you don’t have enough transfers for all of your team members. To solve this, you can buy more transfers.

Click on the Manage team button on your Account page. Below the Team usage bar, you should see an option to Buy more transfers.

In the pop-up, you can increase your subscription plan to the number of transfers you need. Simply click Continue to confirm your purchase.
