Update an existing subscription

Learn how to change your plan and billing cycle.

If you have a Sheetgo subscription to any of our paid plans you can change your plan and billing cycle from your Account page.

To update your existing subscription:

  1. Click your picture on the top right,

  2. Select Manage account.

  3. Under your plan, select Change Plan.

  4. Select Update subscription for the appropriate plan.

  5. Adjust your subscription as needed:

    • Select the number of transfers on your plan.

    • Switch between yearly or monthly billing.

  6. You will get a Total due today based on the changes you made.

    • Balance - payments already made for the current billing cycle.

    • Total - final balance.

  7. Click Update subscription to finish.

Your plan will now be updated with the changes you've made.
