If you have a Sheetgo subscription to any of our paid plans, you can change your plan and billing cycle from your Account page.
To update your existing subscription:
Click your picture on the top right,
Select Manage account.
Under your plan, select Change Plan.
Select Update subscription for the appropriate plan.
Adjust your subscription as needed:
Select the number of transfers on your plan.
Switch between yearly and monthly billing.
You will get a Total due today based on the changes you made.
Balance - payments already made for the current billing cycle.
Total - final balance.
Note that if you are switching from an annual to a monthly plan, any unused prepaid time from your annual plan will be forfeited and not reflected in the calculations.
Click Update subscription to finish.
Your plan will now be updated with the changes you've made. If you are transitioning from an annual to a monthly plan, be aware that your new billing cycle will start immediately and any unused prepaid time will not carry over. Compensation options, such as discounts or additional benefits, may be available to address forfeited time.
