Common errors and how to fix them

You can always try refreshing your Dashboard as a first way to fix errors or inconsistent information.

If refreshing doesn't work, this short guide will help you solve the most common errors.

Solution

Changes made to a chart are not reflected in the Dashboard.

Remove the chart and add it again.

I can't find an existing chart in the Add charts menu

Refresh the Add charts by clicking the refreshing icon on the right.

Make sure your graph is formatted as one of the 8 supported chart types.

Charts show errors (#NAs, #REFS) or no information.

This can happen if you transfer information with IMPORTRANGE, GOOGLEFINANCE or an add-on. Use Sheetgo automations to transfer information to another spreadsheet before creating your graph.

Charts are not updated and show old information.

Try refreshing the entire dashboard or syncing individual charts to update them.
