How to turn on third-party cookies?

Learn how to turn on cookies in your web browser in order to access Sheetgo.

To sign up to Sheetgo or to log in, your web browser must accept third-party cookies. Sheetgo uses cookie data to connect and sync the files in your cloud storage folders.

Follow the instructions below to turn on cookies.​

Google Chrome

To enable cookies in Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and go to the menu () in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Under Security and Privacy, go to Cookies and other site data.

  4. Make sure that Block third-party cookies is not switched on.

Google Chrome - Incognito mode

If you're using Google Chrome in an incognito window, you should also enable Cookies in incognito.

In the incognito window, click on the toggle to turn off the Block third-party cookies setting:

You can also adjust cookie settings for incognito browsing via the Google Chrome menu ().

Activate Allow all cookies in the last step.

Microsoft Edge

To enable cookies on Microsoft Edge:

  • Open Edge and go to the menu (⋯), in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Go to Settings and select Cookies and site permissions.

  • Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data, and click on the toggle to disable the option Block third-party cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox (Windows):

  • Go to Menu > Options.

  • Click on Privacy in the left-hand panel.

  • Change Protection pattern to allow cookies from third-party sites.

  • Refresh all pages.

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox (Mac):

  • Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.

  • Select Preferences.

  • Click Privacy.

  • Under Cookies, select the option Accept cookies from sites.

Safari

To enable cookies in Safari:

  • Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  • Select Preferences.

  • Click Privacy in the top panel.

  • Under Block cookies, select the option Never.

For increased security, once you have finished using the site, change the Privacy setting back to Always. If your browser is not listed above, please refer to your browser's help pages. You may need to restart your browser after these changes.
