3. How to set access levels on a workflow

If you are sharing a workflow with a team of colleagues not necessarily all of them will need to have the same access to edit or change information inside the workflow. That is why Sheetgo has the option of setting three different access levels to any workflow.

Access Levels

The access levels are Collaborator, Manager, and Owner. The Collaborator can basically see the workflow and its details, the Manager can see and edit some of the information and the Owner can do everything inside the workflow.

Here is a list of each level and what each one can do:

Change access level

To edit or change the access level of a team member you need to go to the Share Settings on the workflow overview.

shareworkflow2

On the Share workflow box that opened find the person you want to edit the access level, click on the current level and you will be able to set a different access level, transfer the ownership or remove the person access to the workflow.

Reached People

The Reached People section shows who has view, comment, or edit access to one or more files connected to the workflow.

This person is using Sheetgo-connected files, although they did not create the connections and they may not be aware of Sheetgo or how it's working in the background to automate data transfer. A person in Reached People is not automatically given workflow access.
