The smart schedule ensures you always have the latest data, without having to manually run a connection. It saves you time by transferring data even while you are offline.
You can schedule Sheetgo to run workflows from once an hour, to once every 15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can use automation triggers to configure other specific actions to run workflows.
Automations in a workflow update sequentially. To alter the order in which automations update, change the order of the connections inside the workflow.
You can also pause subsequent automations whenever there is an error.
Accessing the schedule menu
There are several ways to set a schedule for your workflows.
Click this text in your Workspace. The text will change depending on whether the Workflow has a schedule, but clicking it will always bring up the Trigger menu.
Also in your Workspace, turn on triggers to bring up the menu.
Within the Workflow, click the Triggers icon on the sidebar. This icon will not appear if there are no automations in your Workflow.
Within the Workflow sidebar, go to Automations and click the Trigger button.
Setting up the smart transfer
First, turn on Run automatically.
Next, select how often you want the workflow to be updated.
Here’s a breakdown of all the options:
Trigger options offers three alternatives: Based on a schedule, On form submission, and On workflow run.
Frequency can be: Multiple times a day, Once a day, or Once a month
Based on the selected Frequency you have different options:
Multiple times a day - runs workflows every 15 minutes, half an hour, or 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours.
Once a day - select a time window for the Workflow to run.
The Day Option only appears when using multiple times a day and once a day, allowing you to select which day (or days) you would like to run the connection.
The Time Range option only appears on multiple times a day and it allows you to select when this workflow runs. in the image above, for example, it will run every hour between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
