How to track an automatic email

Sheetgo offers a built-in feature that streamlines your workflow by automating the process of sending emails. With this feature, you can effortlessly send emails containing all the relevant information and data from your spreadsheets. But that's not all - Now, Sheetgo also allows you to track the performance of your emails, giving you valuable insights into whether they were opened and clicked.

You can find these features under the Advanced Settings inside the Share email box. There are two toggle options that you can activate:

1. The first option will let you know if the email was Opened.

2. The second option will inform you if the recipient clicks on the link inside the email.

When activated these functions will create a new column inside your spreadsheet letting you know the status of the email if it was: SEND, OPENED, or CLICKED.
