Sheetgo keeps your data safe. Thousands of businesses, banks, and government agencies across 60+ countries use Sheetgo to securely automate workflows. Rest assured, Sheetgo never uses or manipulates your data.

Your data: how it works

Sheetgo does not store copies of your files or their content. Your data moves directly from one file to another through a secure connection.

Your spreadsheet content stays in your original cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Dropbox). Sheetgo acts only as a secure layer to move that data.

Why does Sheetgo request permissions?

To run your workflows, the system needs specific permissions from your Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox account. These permissions are used only to operate the service.

  • Create and edit files: To create new spreadsheets when you use a template or select a destination.

  • Run while you are not present: To update your connections automatically on a schedule.

  • Connect to external services: To allow Sheetgo engine to process the data transfer.

  • Email (Gmail): Only if you choose to send automated PDF or data alerts through your workflow. Sheetgo cannot read your inbox.

Your privacy rights

Sheetgo complies with global laws such as GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) to give you control over your personal information.

  • Correction: You can ask us to fix any wrong or incomplete information.

  • Deletion: You can delete your account and your data at any time.

  • No sale of data: Sheetgo does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Compliance and certifications

Sheetgo takes global security rules seriously to keep your information safe and protected.

  • SOC 2 Type 2: Fully compliant. This validates our security, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Recommended for Google Workspace: Google has certified Sheetgo for meeting high security standards.

  • CASA Tier 3: Used to enhance security for sensitive cloud data.

  • Hiscox Cyberclear: The service is protected by specialized cyber-insurance.

  • SSI Compliance: Sheetgo complies with the Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), ensuring online services meet stringent standards for transparency and accountability.

  • OWASP Compliance: Sheetgo follows best practices from the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). This protects Sheetgo against the most critical web security vulnerabilities, including SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and data exposure.
